England beat Bosnia and Herzegovina 3-0

The England national team celebrated when they hosted Bosnia and Herzegovina in a friendly match. The Three Lions team won by three goals without reply.

The friendly match brings together England vs Bosnia and Herzegovina. The duel took place at St James’ Park, Newcastle, Tuesday (4/6/2024) early morning WIB.

England appeared to attack from the start of the match. Ollie Watkins’ attempted ball in the tenth minute was saved by Bosnia and Herzegovina goalkeeper Nikola Vasilj.

The home team played with possession of the ball up to 67 percent entering the 25th minute. England threatened again three minutes later through Ezri Konsa’s shot which Vasilj saved.

No goals were scored until halftime. The first half ended with a score of 0-0.

Ollie Watkins almost scored with a volley four minutes into the second half. Vasilj saved Bosnia and Herzegovina’s goal from being conceded.

PENALTY! England were awarded a 12th kick in the 58th minute. Ezri Konsa was pulled down by Benjamin Tahirovic in the Bosnia and Herzegovina penalty box.

GOL! Cole Palmer stepped up as England’s penalty taker. The Chelsea star successfully carried out his duties perfectly and brought the Three Lions to a 1-0 lead.

England is trying to add goals. Harry Kane’s two opportunities in the 68th and 70th minutes still missed the target.

GOL! England finally doubled their lead in the 84th minute. Trent Alexander-Arnold got his name on the scoreboard.

Trent grabbed Jack Grealish’s cross with a first-time kick. Score 2-0 for England.

GOL! England broke into Bosnia and Herzegovina’s goal again two minutes before normal time ran out. Harry Kane threw the ball back in a chaotic situation in front of the goal. A score of 3-0 for Gareth Southgate’s troops was the final result of the match.
