Enterprise value, Real Madrid exceeds 5 billion. Milan did well

Real Madrid, which won its fifteenth Champions League, is the first football club to exceed 5 billion euros in enterprise value.

The data emerges from a study carried out by Football Benchmark which analyzed the Enterprise Value of the 32 best European clubs. The analysis shows how the European champion team increased its value by 27% compared to the previous year.

Among the football clubs in second place is Manchester City with an EV of 4.933 billion euros, up 21%. Completing the top five positions are Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Liverpool with 4.861 billion euros, 4.255 billion euros and 4.189 billion euros respectively

The greatest growth figures were recorded by Arsenal and Milan, both increasing by 35% to 3.108 billion euros for the Gunners and 1.436 billion euros for the Rossoneri.

EV’s annual growth has been attributed to three main factors: an increase in revenues from market operations, a substantial increase in operational revenues particularly of a commercial nature and from box office admissions.
