Pierre Emile Hojbjerg put the home team in the lead after just one minute and eighteen seconds. The 28-year-old was the first to get to a corner from Eriksen. But Alexander Isak equalized shortly afterwards. The Danes put in an impressive performance offensively, but also had some gaps defensively.

European Championship dress rehearsal against Haaland and Co.

Eriksen collapsed in the Parken Stadium during the last European Championships due to cardiac arrest. Since then he has been playing with a defibrillator. The European Championship dress rehearsal for the Danes is on Saturday against Norway. Superstar Erling Haaland scored a hat trick in the Norwegians’ friendly match against Kosovo on Wednesday (3:0).

The Danes will face Slovenia in Group C at the European Championships on June 16 in Stuttgart. They will then play against fellow favorites England (June 20 in Frankfurt) and Serbia (June 25 in Munich). Sweden and Norway have not qualified for the tournament.
