European Championship Group E Comes to a Close as Teams Secure Final Standings and Advancements

In Group E, all four teams had four points, but the ratio of goals allowed Romania to take the first place, Belgium to take the second place, Slovakia to take the third place and Ukraine to take the fourth place, for which the championship has ended.

In subgroup F, the Czech Republic will play Turkey at 22:00 in Hamburg, while Portugal and Georgia will play in Gelsenkirchen.

Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, France, Austria, Netherlands, England, Denmark, Slovenia, Romania, Belgium and Slovakia have already reached the round of 16.

24 national teams, divided into six subgroups, participate in the final tournament of the European Championship. The winners of the first two places in each subgroup and the four best national teams that finished in third place enter the elimination tournament.

The 2024 European Championship will be held in ten German cities from June 14 to July 14. The new European champion will be determined at the Berlin Olympic Stadium.

The current European champion is Italy, who in 2021 beat England in the final in London in penalty kicks.
