(ANSA) – ROME, JUNE 08 – A Lewis Hamilton unleashed in Montreal in the last free practices of the Canadian Formula 1 Grand Prix. The seven-time world champion from Mercedes ended the third session in command in 1:12.569. Second is Max Verstappen on Red Bull (with old power unit after the Ers problem) and a gap of 0”374. Then the other W15 of George Russell (+0”408), the Aston Martin of Lance Stroll (+0”477) and the McLaren of Oscar Piastri (+0”717). Behind the Ferraris with Charles Leclerc tenth (+0”800) and Carlos Sainz twelfth (+1”021).. Hamiton is a candidate for pole which will start at 10pm and which still promises to be very close.
