F1 Spanish GP: at what time and on which channel to follow the qualifying practices for the Spanish Grand Prix?

The legendary Barcelona-Catalunya circuit hosts the tenth round of the Formula 1 World Championship, from Friday to Sunday, and marks the start of a long European tour which will last until the Italian GP at the end of August.

If Max Verstappen has a fairly comfortable lead in the general classification (194 points), the Dutchman has been under pressure from his rivals Charles Leclerc (138) and Lando Norris (131) for several races.

The Spanish Grand Prix has been rather successful for him in recent years (success in 2022 and 2023), and it is also the location of his first victory in 2016, his first race under the colors of Red Bull Racing. This Grand Prix should take place under good conditions, with a dry track and a rather sunny but cloudy sky. Temperatures are expected to be around 27°C.

Contested in Catalonia since 1991, this Spanish stage will take place on the new Madrid route from 2026, for ten years. But the Catalan event could continue, while work has started and the renovation desired by F1 management is underway. The decision to bet on two Spanish circuits has not yet been made.
