FC Bayern Munich, rumor: High demands for dream players – and a full squad
If FC Bayern would sign any other player than Xavi! As the kicker reported that the squad is far too full in attack – even without the signing of Michael Olise, which is expected to happen soon. On the one hand, players are to be sold to free up squad spots – on the other hand, the money that is to be spent is to be earned.
The same applies to central defence and concerns Jonathan Tah: After the signing of Hiroki Ito, FCB has five nominal central defenders, and Josip Stanisic can also help out centrally.
Aside from the full squad, however, the Tah transfer is also stalling due to Bayer Leverkusen’s high demands. FC Bayern does not consider the seller’s club’s demands for Tah to be in line with the market, just as they did for number six Joao Palhinha, and apparently expects even more concessions from the factory club and FC Fulham.
However, there seems to have been a step forward in at least one of the problems. Bild According to reports, sporting director Max Eberl recently had a phone call with Leverkusen boss Simon Rolfes. While no concrete information was given, it is said that Bayern now see a possible Tah signing as more likely.
