FC Bayern is already working on its squad for the coming season. It is evident that they are trying to clarify the future of two young stars as soon as possible.
As “Sport Bild” reports, the contracts of Josip Stanisic and Aleksandar Pavlovic are to be extended by five years each. Stanisic’s current contract runs until 2026, Pavlovic’s until 2027.
Pavlovic is currently not at the home European Championships as planned, but is recovering from tonsillitis.
Stanisic spent last season at Bayer Leverkusen, which won the championship. The defender made 38 appearances. Unlike Pavlovic, Stanisic will play in the European Championships; he is part of the Croatian squad.
