Feyenoord Eyes Excelsior Winger Couhaib Driouech Amid Competition

Feyenoord are reportedly interested in the services of Couhaib Driouech again, according to the French Foot Market. The Excelsior winger was on the verge of completing a transfer to PSV last winter, until his club Excelsior refused to cooperate. Feyenoord was also interested in him and even became concrete, but a transfer did not materialize.

PSV would currently have the best chance according to it Eindhovens Dagblad. Driouech would be in the ‘waiting room’ until Excelsior and PSV reach an agreement. The Rotterdammers would still not find PSV’s offer (more than two million euros) enough so far.

According to the French media, Feyenoord has competition from RC Lens, Sporting Portugal and Sevilla FC in addition to PSV.

The attacker impressed last season at Excelsior, which was ultimately relegated. He injured his hamstring in the match against PSV at the beginning of April, but is fully recovering. Comment
