This is an experimental tool. The results may be incomplete, out of date or even wrong.

In the series “Our Personal Trainer”, Berlin fitness coach Sebastian Grüner helps us become stronger, healthier and more beautiful by recommending the “Rotation Overhead Slams” exercise with a medicine ball weighing between three and nine kilograms. This endurance exercise trains the shoulders, core and back, improves coordination and sense of rhythm and is fun. First practice the movement sequence, then 30 seconds at a moderate pace, followed by 30 seconds at maximum speed. Pay attention to your feet and keep your chest out. Easier and harder versions are possible, depending on your fitness level.

Requirement: A medicine ball or something similar that you can throw at the ground. Our fitness expert recommends a ball that weighs between three and nine kilograms. And another tip for good neighbors: You can do this exercise at home, but if you don’t live on the ground floor, it might be noisy on the floor below you.
