Fluminense was beaten 1-0 by Flamengo, this Sunday (23/06), at Maracanã, in a match valid for the 11th round of the Brazilian Championship. With the result, the team remains with six points in the competition.
Tricolor returns to the field on Thursday (27/06), when they face Vitória, at 7pm, at Maracanã, in a match valid for the 12th round of the Brazilian Championship.
FIRST TIME
Fluminense was in danger for the first time in the 4th minute. John Kennedy advanced into space, but the attempted pass that would have put him in front of goal was intercepted. Next, Lima took a corner, Cano, on the side of the area, sent the ball into the middle and the defense made the cut. Tricolor created some more good plays through movements, exchanging quick passes and rehearsed plays, but did not end in dangerous shots.
SECOND TIME
At 15 minutes, Ganso launched Cano into the area, but the defense made the cut. At 21, Lima took advantage of the space, took a risk from distance and sent the ball out.
