Upon request received from some citizens on the emergency number 112, the police squad car and the Carabinieri radio mobile intervened in the neighborhood called “Capanne” where a fight had been reported in progress.
Having intervened on site, the operators identified the four foreigners, one of whom declared to the staff that he had been hit in the face by two other individuals with a baseball bat, an object found on site by the police together with some cutting weapons, specifically a knife and a cutter, all duly seized.
Taken to the Terracina Police Station for investigation, the foreigners came to blows again, requiring the intervention of the State Police and Carabinieri to quell the further brawl, in which two policemen and a carabiniere were injured.
In light of the state of flagrancy against them, all 4 foreigners were arrested and associated as ordered by the Magistrate on duty at the security rooms of the Police Station and the Carabinieri Company of Terracina, awaiting the direct hearing that took place this morning and at the end of which one of the subjects involved was ordered to be prohibited from approaching the injured party with an electronic control device.
