TERRACINA – On the afternoon of June 25th the policemen of the Terracina police station and the Carabinieri of the Terracina Company arrested 4 foreign citizens in flagrante delicto, all responsible for aggravated brawling, three of whom were also responsible for resisting a public official and injuries.
Upon request received from some citizens on the emergency number 112, the police squad car and the Carabinieri radio mobile intervened in the neighborhood called “Capanne” where a fight had been reported in progress.
Having intervened on the spot, the operators identified the four foreigners, one of these declared to the staff that he had been hit in the face by two other subjects with a baseball bat, an object found on the spot by the police together with some cutting weapons, specifically a knife and a box cutter, all duly seized.
Taken to the Terracina Police Station for investigation, the foreigners came to blows again, requiring the intervention of the State Police and Carabinieri to quell the further brawl, in which two policemen and a carabiniere were injured.
In light of the state of flagrant crime against them, all 4 foreigners were arrested and associated as ordered by the Magistrate on duty at the security rooms of the PS Commissariat and of the Carabinieri Company of Terracina, awaiting the Direttissima which took place this morning and following which one of the subjects involved was banned from approaching the offended person with an electronic control device
