The transfer should be perfect: The royals reportedly want to announce the transfer of France’s star striker today.
Champions League winner Real Madrid wants to officially announce the transfer of France’s star striker Kylian Mbappé today, according to media reports.
As the French newspaper “L’Equipe” and the French radio station RMC report, the captain of the French national team is to receive a five-year contract until 2029. However, the 25-year-old will only be presented after the upcoming European Championship. Mbappé only wants to focus on Les Bleus for the time being, it is said.
The star striker has not renewed his expiring contract with Paris Saint-Germain. Mbappé can therefore move to his favorite club of his childhood on a free transfer. Real President Florentino Perez did not want to confirm the transfer, which had been negotiated for weeks, on Saturday evening after the 2-0 win against Borussia Dortmund.
Real won the Champions League or its predecessor, the European Cup, for the 15th time at London’s Wembley Stadium. The “Royals” are by far the most successful club in the history of the premier class.
