Another weekend to remember for Palfinger Reggio Emilia who scored a double against Grizzlies Torino and consolidated their lead in group E. Claudio Biagini’s boys prevailed in Saturday afternoon’s match with a combined no-hit from Enrico Zanchi, Federico Faini and Fabio Riccò Panciroli. The Lombards got the first three batters of the eighth inning on base, but scored just one run on a single by Simone Calasso. The Emilians regained the lost point with a single by Federico Tiburtini, then left the bases full. Catellani ends the match with his first save of the season.
