A date to put on the calendar
The City of Rigaud will host, on Saturday, August 17, the softball team Les 4 Chevaliers, founded in 1965 and made up of four members who challenge full teams. During this visit, the sports quartet will face the Knights of Columbus Council 2881 of Rigaud starting at 1:30 p.m. on the large Gilles Sauvé baseball field in Chartier-De Lotbinière Park.

Since 1965, this softball team of only 4 players has given full teams a hard time. They travel through towns and villages to spread good humor, juggling balls and jokes. Their unique concept of colorful matches with eccentric characters and spectacular feats is now part of Quebec’s cultural heritage. And above all, each match serves as a fundraiser for good causes, because helping the world is good, but doing it on a ball field is even better!
Want to attend this game which promises to be pleasant? If so, tickets are already on sale for $10. At the same time, spectators will be able to have a good laugh and support the Rigaud Softball Association.
