Golden Archery Team Dominates National Qualifying Event for Youth Sports Games

The gold-colored Archery team managed to qualify eight athletes for the next edition of the National Youth Sports Games that will see action next November.

The Tachira delegation won the II National Battle of Carabobo Archery Cup, which had the participation of a total of 8 states and around 80 athletes, the best in the country in this sport, who faced each other on the José Manuel Trujillo field. Simón Bolívar Bicentennial Sports Complex in Naguanagua, the industrial city of Venezuela.

They managed to write their names for the next JNDJ 2024 in this qualifying competition endorsed by the Venezuelan Archery Federation, the athletes Francisco Torres in men’s compound, Elizabeth Pérez in women’s compound; Men’s Recurve: Daniel Castón, Armando Gámez and Santiago Sanguino; Women’s Recurve: Alexandra Duque, Isabella Santos and Maliki Parra.

In this II National Battle of Carabobo Cup, Gabriel Oliferow, Olga Bosch, Daniela Chacón, Luis Vivas, Ricardo Vásquez, Santiago García and Cristian Jaimes also stood out, who added a significant number of medals for the Aurinegra cause that resulted in winning the championship. .

It should be noted that the participation of the Tachirense Archery delegation in this national event occurs thanks to the support of the state governor Freddy Bernal Rosales who, through the Tachirense Sports Institute, has provided support in the different areas of logistics for the achievement and the success achieved in this sporting event.
