“I am very happy at Inter Milan,” added the Mannheim native: “The relationship I have with the club and our incredible fans is truly something special. Together we have achieved significant milestones and I look forward to the prospect of winning more trophies with Inter in the future.”
He further stressed that he is currently “fully focused on making the people in my country happy.” He posted a Turkish flag and a red heart. He ended his message with the words “Forza Inter” and a black and a blue heart.

Rumours about Calhanoglu and Bayern
Calhanoglu’s contract with the Nerazzurri, with whom he won the Italian championship last season, runs until 2027. Recently, rumors have been circulating that the former Bundesliga professional (HSV and Leverkusen) could be Bayern’s plan B if the desired deal with Palhinha from Fulham FC does not come to fruition.
The European Championship reporter Ibrahim Kirkayak from TRT SPORTS even claimed that Calhanoglu had confirmed that he had contacted the record champions.
