Hartberg is the last to start preparations

TSV Hartberg was the last of the twelve Bundesliga teams to start their preseason training on Thursday. The player who is currently making headlines was not there. It is doubtful whether striker Maximilian Entrup, who is at the European Championships, will ever return to East Styria. According to media reports, the 26-year-old is set to make a 1.3 million euro move to LASK. Justin Omoregie, a loan player from Red Bull Salzburg, is coming to Hartberg.

At the start of training, Markus Schopp asked for performance tests in Hartberg. The new signings so far were also on board. The attacking players Elias Havel and Aaron Sky Schwarz are on loan from LASK and Rapid respectively, while the Dutchman Nelson Amadin has been signed permanently for two years. Midfielder Omoregie was brought in from the runner-up for one season. The U21 team player played for FC Liefering last season.

Schopp was delighted with the latest addition. “He can be used universally, is very flexible and fits exactly into the idea of how we want to develop,” said the TSV head coach. The first friendly against Hertha Wels is on Saturday (4 p.m. in Wolfsegg am Hausruck), and on Monday they will head to Obertraun for a week’s training camp.
