Last May, the Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Seville approved the granting of prior authorization to Promontoria Ágora, SA, for the transmission of an administrative concession to Internacional Hispacold, SA, dedicated to the manufacture, installation and assembly of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
As a result of this agreement, the Hispacold company will move its operations to the facilities located in the Sevillian port, specifically, in the Free Trade Zone, with the aim of responding to the commitments acquired by the company for the coming years, consolidating its growth and integrate all your operations in a single strategic point; which will allow you to optimize operating costs, increase the integration of your processes and improve the company’s competitiveness.
The new facilities cover an area of 14,000 m² of industrial warehouse and 2,500 m² of offices, located on a plot of approximately 36,000 m². The transfer, which will be carried out in stages over a period of 12 months, will represent an investment of close to 4 million euros.
