The French men’s water polo team has got off to a good start in its preparation for the Olympic Games where it aims to win its first medal in almost a century at home, by dominating Australia (13 to 8), this Wednesday, in Nogent-sur-Marne.

The Blues will meet this opponent, 11th in the last World Championships which they finished in a promising 4th place, during the group stage of the Olympic tournament, on August 1 in Saint-Denis. The rest of their preparation, started at the beginning of May, will take them to Italy, Hérault, Serbia and Hungary.
