The Garnachois Badminton leisure club organized its first tournament, Friday June 7, in the multisport hall of the new Carcaud sports complex. Twenty-four teams were present.
For a first, everything went very well. The feedback we have received is very positive. We are super happy with the event with many volunteers to ensure the evening at the bar, replacements for injured people, as there were a few muscle strains, and the raffle. Without forgetting our young people who ensured the warm-up at the start of the tournament, underlined David Bonjean, president of the club.
In the main ranking, it was precisely the team formed by the president Les amis de ma femme which came 1st, followed by the Lumi Smash team in 2nd place and that of the Three Musketeers in 3rd position. In the intermediate stage, the Broken Arms team came first, followed by the Three Little Pigs and the Revers Magiques team. For the consolation, La Ch’timi Team came first, followed in 2nd position by the 45/0 team and that of Trois MilyAr.
