The semi‐final between Sinner and Alcaraz did not always reach heights. Only the 5th set was really worthy of the fans’ expectations because throughout the rest of the duel there were some highs but also a lot of lows. On the Spanish side, some specialists were logically surprised by Carlos’ lack of efficiency on the forehand, although normally it is his strong shot.
Look Alcaraz won the match, but it was not a particularly high standard…. nothing like the level he displayed all RG last year, until he got cramps v Djokovic. Something is amiss, maybe the arm ? He has 2 days to sort out his forehand, which was the King forehand of right handers
