The Lakers have moved on from Darvin Ham for some time, and for three reasons really. As many have announced, the coach lost his locker room for a very dubious job.
Now that JJ Redick is hired, the Lakers can definitely turn the page after the Darvin Ham failure. Two seasons wasted by the coach with sometimes very questionable decisions, and often questioned by his players. LeBron James had some pretty tense moments on the bench, while Anthony Davis was often snubbed late in the game.

But according to Dan Woike, who works for the LA Times, there are three reasons behind Ham’s firing. The players have stopped believing in the coach’s speech, and we are not even talking about his favoritism for Taurean Prince, whom he may have coached in the past. However, fans should not be surprised on their side.
