End of Playstation riot in Italy
Not the tactics of the national coach, not injuries, but a game console that kept Italy captivated in recent days.
National coach Luciano Spalletti had imposed a Playstation ban on his players. “We are not going to the European Championship to win Call of Duty,” the coach said cynically.
But that did not go down well. Spalletti absolutely wanted to avoid his group sitting behind a screen until late at night, but his goalkeeper Donnarumma solemnly promised that today.
