Jack Draper is in the quarter-finals at the Queenás Club

What a run from Jack Draper! On Sunday, the Brit won his first ever title on the ATP Tour in Stuttgart with a final victory against Matteo Berrettini. Now Draper is in the quarterfinals again at the ATP Tour 500 event in the Queen’s Club. And that was after a 7:6 (3) and 6:3 win against Carlos Alcaraz. The Spaniard started as defending champion and had won 13 matches in a row on grass before his defeat against Draper.

In the quarterfinals, Draper will face Tommy Paul. The American had no problems in the first match of the day, beating Alejandro Tabilo 6:3 and 6:4. In the upper half of the table, another match in the round of the last eight has already been decided: Sebastian Korda will face Rinky Hijikata.

For Jack Draper, the victory was also very emotional for another reason: his grandfather, who had just turned 80, was there live on Centre Court at the Queen’s Club.
