Jalisco and Nuevo León Lead the Way in Team Archery at CONADE Nationals

The CONADE Nationals continue their march in the state of Jalisco, the main venue for this edition in which archery completed its third day of competitions at the Pan-American stadium of the Polideportivo Revolución, which opened its doors to the team modality in both the recurve bow as in the compound.

After completing the series of regulatory arrows for each of its members, the representations of Jalisco, with seven gold medals, and that of Nuevo León, with four first place, were placed at the head of the medal table for this day, leaving Quintana Roo, Coahuila, Tamaulipas and Baja California, with a pair of golden ones each.

The hosts’ gold medals were won by the U-14 women’s, U-16 men’s and women’s recurve bow categories; as well as the mixed under-16, women’s under-16, women’s under-18 and men’s under-21 in compound; while the four of the Neolonese fell on the chests of the men’s under 18, women’s under 21, men’s under 24 and mixed under 14 teams, the latter being the only one in the compound bow.

Finally, Quintana Roo achieved the position of honor in the U-18 women’s recurve and U-24 men’s compound; while Tamaulipas did it in the U-14 men’s and women’s composite. For Baja California it was the women’s sub-21 and mixed sub-21 in compound bow; and for the people of Coahuila, the sub 21 men’s recurve, and the sub 24 mixed compound.
