Japan Breeze Joins Caribbean Series 2025: A Historic Moment for Japanese Baseball

Mexicali, Baja California.- It was last June 19 when the Caribbean Professional Baseball Confederation (CBPC), confirmed that Japan will be one of the teams invited to the Caribbean Series 2025 based in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. More than 10 days after that news, there is no turning back and Japan Breeze has already signed the agreement to debut in said tournament.

The document that accredits the Japanese as the next participants was signed by Juan Francisco Puello Herrera, Commissioner of Professional Baseball of the Caribbean; Erwin Miyasaka, CFO of Japan Breeze; and Toma Irokawa, general manager of the organization.

Without a doubt, the Asian squad is one of the favorites, since its base of players will be composed of various leagues, including the Japan Independent Baseball League, Nippon Professional Baseball, Japan Enterprise Baseball League y la Japanese Baseball Amateur League.
