With the end of the contracts of five players, the MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg are pushing ahead with their personnel changes for the coming season. Jayvon Graves, Jaren Lewis, Deion Hammond, Davonta Jordan and Ben Vander Plas will be leaving the club, the basketball Bundesliga club announced on Thursday. Vander Plas had already been on loan to KK Šiauliai in Lithuania since November. The club wants to look for players “who embody our virtues even more strongly,” said chairman Alexander Reil. Ludwigsburg is also looking for a new coach after parting ways with coach Josh King.
