In fact, the young man participated in the national final of the 2024 edition of the International Mathematical Games Championshipsheld at the University Mouthfuls Of Milano. The student of Virgilio – promoted to the third class of section D – was one of the three thousand participants selected from the 45,000 registered people from all over Italy. An excellent result already in his participation in the important mathematical contest which saw him compete in the C1 category, for which the ranking is still being updated and will probably be defined around the month of August. Meanwhile, accompanied by the mathematics teacher Carmine Rubino who followed him and prepared him for this stimulating experience, last June 6th Matteo was awarded at Forte Sangallo, within the event organized byIC Nettuno 3 aimed at all local students who have excelled in mathematics games.
