Forward of the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League (NHL). Connor McDavid commented on the loss in the Stanley Cup final.

It has already been announced that the “Oilers” in the final series of the Stanley Cup against the Florida “Panthers” represented by Uvja Balinski came back from 0-3, but lost 1-2 in the decisive, seventh match and remained without a trophy. McDavid himself was named the playoff MVP.

“Obviously, it’s going to take time to come to terms with it, but at the end of the day it’s going to have to be done and we’re going to prepare for next season to do it again. There were a lot of happy moments during the play-offs, which I will remember for the rest of my life,” said the Canadian.

“We were sitting here [Edmontonā] after the Western Conference Finals, and the streets were packed with people celebrating. Making fans happy, bringing joy to people is an amazing thing these days, and we’re grateful to have the opportunity to do that for Oilers fans,” noted McDavid.
