Moncalieri is preparing to live, on the weekend of 29 and 30 July, the fourteenth edition of the historical re-enactment of the birth of the city and of Medieval Fencing and Ancient Archery Tournament. The event takes place, again this year, in the suggestive setting of Municipal Park Lancia di Testonaallowing you to relive for two days a glimpse of the end of 1100 on the origins of Montiscalerii, and on the Templars in the territory.
It will be a dive back 800 years, when in medieval Moncalieri the Templars had the final say on everything: the park is transformed into a battlefield complete with tent, awning and exhibition of ancient weapons.
