It’s official and it’s no surprise ! The 2 Moselle archers, Lisa Barbelin (Ley) and Caroline Lopez (Cheminot) will indeed participate in the Paris Olympic Games. The French Archery Federation revealed its selection this Friday.
These will be the first games for Caroline Lopez, the second for Lisa Barbelin, who was in Tokyo in 2021. Lisa Barbelin will participate in the individual tournament, the team tournament, and the mixed event. Caroline Lopez will be entered in the individual and team tournament.
Lisa Barbelin and Caroline Lopez will begin the competition on July 25 at Les Invalides, with qualifications for the individual tournament. It will be the day before the opening ceremony.
