PSSI and PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) officially announced that the 2024/1025 Liga 1 season will take place on 9 August 2024 with the first match between Persib Bandung and PSBS Biak and LIB ensuring that the schedule has been arranged for the next three seasons and that there will be no clashes between the competition and national team agenda.
