The San Antonio Spurs used pick No.36 to select Juan Nunez, a promising Spanish point guard born in 2004.
The choice belonged to the Indiana Pacers, who sold it to the Texan team in exchange for the No. 35 (taken from the former Kansas Johnny Furphy) and a sum of money.
