PCN Chairman Announces Camp Locations for Paralympic Athletes Ahead of 2024 Games

In a bid to ensure that Paralympic athletes excel at the fast-approaching 2024 Paralympic Games, the Chairman of the Paralympic Committee of Nigeria (PCN), Sunday Odebode, has revealed that the athletes will begin their camping exercises in Abuja and Lagos.

He stated this to the PCN media, where he said the para-athletics and para-badminton will begin their camp practices in Abuja. While para powerlifting and para table tennis will be in Lagos.

“As you all know, the Paralympic Games are just around the corner and we at PCN are leaving no stone unturned to ensure adequate preparation for our athletes, hence the decision to begin the camping in earnest.

“This will put the athletes in good shape during the games where we hope to excel and make the country proud.”

Let us remember that the Paralympic Games will be held between August 28 and September 8 in Paris.
