“We believe that the best thing for my body is not to change surfaces and continue playing on clay until then. It is for this reason that I will miss playing Wimbledon this year,” the Spaniard confessed to journalists at the presentation of the Zel hotel in Costa brava.
Likewise, Nadal has spoken about how he will face the doubles together with Alcaraz: “I have not played doubles for a long time, but Carlos is in a fantastic moment after winning in Paris. I am going to try to arrive well enough prepared to be a good partner for he”.
