The German baseball sport mourns Angela Beckmann together with the Bonn Capitals. She died on Friday at the age of 62 after battling cancer. She not only made a name for herself with the Capitals, but also in her collaboration with the German Baseball and Softball Association.
“I would also like to express my sincere condolences on behalf of the entire DBV Executive Board,” says President Jürgen Elsishans. “For many years, Angela was a reliable partner in many projects. We are deeply touched by her sudden death and extend our sincere condolences to all relatives.”
