The Berlin native learned to play basketball at TuS Lichterfelde, moved to Franconia at the age of 16 and developed into a professional there. The former youth national player (U16, U18, U20) moved to Eisbären Bremerhaven (ProA) in January 2022 before joining the Crailsheim team. Baggette has played a total of 47 BBL games in his career.
“I hope to be able to play the game quickly and create as much as possible for myself and my teammates. I’m really looking forward to the coming season and hope we can win as many games as possible together,” says the point guard. Baggette will be the number 2 playmaker for Rostock and will take on the role on the field that Chris Carter had. Carter had decided not to extend his contract in Rostock and to move to the ambitious ProA team in Jena.
