Ryan Babel has advised Ajax to pick up Arda Güler when the Turkish talent was still playing for Fenerbahçe. The 37-year-old Amsterdammer wrote this on Tuesday evening on X. Babel, who played in the Johan Cruijff ArenA in three different periods, said he tipped Ajax three seasons ago.
Güler was the big man on Tuesday for Turkey, which opened the European Championship with a 3-1 win over Georgia. Real Madrid’s top talent was brilliantly responsible for the second Turkish goal, by scoring from a great distance.
