The official draw for the groups that will participate in the 2024 South American Women’s Basketball Championship was held this Thursday.
A total of 9 countries will be competing in this edition of the competition, which will take place from August 31 to September 7 in Santiago, Chile.
The result of the draw was as follows, in Group A there will be Bolivia, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile and Argentina. While key B is made up of Venezuela, Paraguay, Ecuador and Colombia.

The way it will be played according to the entity’s disposition will be that the two best in each group will go to the semifinals and will have a match between the first in group A and the second in group B.
