Sparta Prague Bids Farewell to Norwegian Defender Andreas Vindheim

The champion Sparta Prague said goodbye to the Norwegian defender Andreas Vindheim, who came to Letná five years ago.

He spent the last season on loan in Teplice, for which, however, due to health problems, he did not start even once. Sparta stated on its website today that it will not extend the contract with the 28-year-old player.

Vindheim won the domestic cup in his first season in Sparta and extended his contract until 2024 after two years.

In the spring of 2022, he was on loan at Schalke, in the 2022/23 season he did not play for the Prague A-team due to injury, and in February he moved to Lilleström for another loan.
