PUTTEN On Friday 28 and Saturday 29 June, several Putten sports complexes will be dedicated to the Sports Marathon. 24 teams compete against each other in well-known and unknown sports. 8.30 am: Always a nice part to see: The tug-of-war. This year at the riding school on the Waterweg.
6:30 am: While the reporter slept for a few hours, the athletes continued with playing cards, doing puzzles and a sports quiz. Early this morning, korfball, Eliptigo and air rifle shooting were on the program.

11:00 PM: Each swimmer on the team covers 50 meters in the water, traditionally cheered on by teammates and bystanders. A collision between two swimmers left one person slightly unwell. They collided head-on.

5:30 PM: Actief Putten organised a sports marathon for primary school children on the grounds of De Meeuwen on Friday afternoon. Among other things, they played tug-of-war, football and slid over an obstacle course.
