The Squadron cast returned to work this Friday morning (28).
After a video in the auditorium, with mistakes and successes in the match against Vasco da Gama, the group carried out a physical activity at the CT Evaristo de Macedo gym.
On field 2, coach Rogério Ceni divided the team into two and carried out a technical activity on half of the pitch using four goalposts. With the exception of Nico Acevedo, who is recovering, the others participated normally.
In the second part of the training, on field 1, the starters were released and just watched the collective work.
Those who did not start the match against Vasco, in the last round, joined the group of under-20 athletes to carry out tactical training in the open field.
Some players, in the final minutes, even improved their frontal free kicks.
The last exercise with the ball at CT will be this Saturday morning (29).
