Sepp Straka can speculate on a top-ten place at The Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio. The 31-year-old needed 70 strokes on the par-72 course on Friday, two fewer than on the first day of the tournament and thus improved by 15 places from 26th to eleventh place.
The Viennese-born player more than made up for a bogey at the start with birdies on holes four, seven and eleven. He is only seven strokes behind leader Scottie Scheffler (USA).
