The Dallas Mavericks have agreed to trade Tim Hardaway Jr. and three second-round picks to the Detroit Pistons in exchange for Quentin Grimes, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported.
The Pistons will acquire Hardaway using their cap space. Hardaway, who signed a four-year, $72 million contract in 2021, is entering the final year of his contract. Grimes, however, is under an expiring $4.3 million contract.
