SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH- A 15-year-old boy has won major titles in baseball on a national scale, becoming a great prospect who continues to grow.

Ali Carrillo began playing at the age of six in the Coquivacoa league and, at 14 years old, he has already left a significant mark in various tournaments and showcases in North America.

Since moving to the United States in 2015, Carrillo has demonstrated his versatility in the Infield, standing out mainly as a shortstop. He has participated in tournaments such as the Rocky Mountain School of Baseball, the Babe Ruth Taylorsville Majors League, and the Carl Ripken Utah 12u Majors State Championship, among others.

His talent has earned him several awards, including the Home Run Award (2020 and 2021) and being a finalist in the 2021 All American Home Run Derby.

In 2022, Carrillo was named a Top Prospect at the 15th Annual World Power Showcase, cementing his reputation on a national level. He is currently preparing for tryouts for the Copper Hills High School team, having been invited to participate with them in the fall of 2023.

Carrillo has received invitations to participate in high-profile events in 2024, such as the Best in The West National Showcase at Arizona State University, the Utah Top Prospects event by the PBR organization at Salt Lake Community College, and the All Star HS Game in California by Perfect Game.

With a career on the rise and multiple invitations to national showcases, Carrillo continues to demonstrate that he is a promising young baseball player with a bright future.
