Minnesota Timberwolves and Detroit Pistons agree on a trade that sends Wendell Moore and the No. 37 pick of tonight’s draft to Michigan in exchange for pick No. 53.
The Timberwolves bet a good portion of their chips yesterday on rookie Rob Dillingham.
Detroit uses a small portion of its cap space to move up 16 spots in tonight’s second round.
The Pistons’ plans on Moore are not yet clear, as he averaged just 4 minutes in 2 NBA seasons.
Detroit is sending No. 53 to Minnesota in the deal, sources tell me and @JonKrawczynski.
