Toulouse-UBB: at what time and on which channel to watch the Top 14 final?

A final with the air of David against Goliath. On one side, Stade Toulousain, 22 French championship titles under his belt, first in the regular phase this season and winner of the Champions Cup for the sixth time, at the end of the suspense at the end of May against Leinster. On the other, UBB, qualified for its very first Top 14 final. The two teams face each other this Friday evening in Marseille.

Getting off to a bad start against La Rochelle last Friday in the semi-final, Antoine Dupont’s teammates ended up winning largely (39-23), helped by the indiscipline of the Maritimes. Accustomed to finals, the red and black club is a real winning machine that is still thirsty for victories.

Eighteen years after the merger between Stade Bordelais and Club Athlétique Béglais, UBB will experience its first final. The Girondins qualified thanks to their narrow victory last Saturday against Stade Français (22-20), in front of their home crowd.

Toulouse and Bordelo-Béglais have faced each other twice this season, for a victory everywhere. At the end of October, the Stadistes won in Haute-Garonne (29-22) thanks to a fiery second half. In March, it was UBB who pocketed the victory (31-28). What better way to look good than a championship final?

The Top 14 final between Stade Toulouse and UBB takes place this Friday, June 28 at 9:05 p.m. It can be followed on Canal + and France 2, and live with commentary on leparisien.fr.
