“We have an outstanding coaching staff with high technical competence, but also with interpersonal skills and a good instinct. In addition, with Peter Schöttel we have a very experienced sports director who supports us. We probably have the best team chef in all of Europe, we have top people in all areas. Everything is based on teamwork,” said Rangnick on ZIB2.
The coaching staff consists of six people, seven if you include Alaba. Then numerous supervisors are responsible for everything else. Rangnick’s closest confidant in his team of assistants is Lars Kornetka, who has worked alongside the “Professor” since 2007.
